It is the user’s responsibility to make sure that the firearm properly fits the holster at all times. In the event that the holster no longer properly fits the firearm, does not provide the required retention or is defective in any manner, immediately discontinue using the holster. Do not carry a firearm in the holster with the hammer cocked. Always engage the safety. Do not holster or remove your firearm from the holster with your finger on the firearm trigger or hammer. Be very careful and use caution when holstering any firearm with an external hammer to avoid unintentional cocking of the hammer. Immediately after holstering, always check to make sure that the hammer is not in a cocked position. Do not holster or draw the firearm with your finger on the trigger or in the trigger guard. Firearms should be carried with hammer or firing pin on an empty chamber. Always place hand on the handgun and holster when running or performing other vigorous activity. Do not expose holster to extreme heat conditions. Always protect exposed magazine release buttons from accidental depression.
